Lee Kaplan, MD
Founder
Lee Kaplan is an orthopedic surgeon and tenured Professor of Orthopedic Surgery, Biomedical Engineering and Kinesiology/Sport Science. Dr. Kaplan serves as Medical Director and Head Team Physician for a Division I University and Medical Director for a Major League Baseball team. Dr. Kaplan founded SirenMD to solve a problem he experienced firsthand: inefficient and unsecure communication between caregivers. His extensive clinical experience has been invaluable in building and developing this intuitive, powerful, and flexible platform. Dr. Kaplan earned a medical degree from George Washington University and an undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Keith Winn
Managing Principal, Lead Executive
Keith has been an advisor to Dr. Kaplan and SirenMD since early 2019. He joined the leadership team in early October. He is responsible for SirenMD’s overall business performance. Winn has over thirty years of experience leading complex, highly regulated business. His most recent executive role was Senior Vice President, Member Experience at USAA.

Andrew Willert, MBA
Managing Principal, Finance & Operations
Andrew Willert has worked in consulting and healthcare administration at the University of Miami Health System and Cleveland Clinic. Andrew joined SirenMD in 2016 and oversees SirenMD’s Finance and Operations. Andrew received his MBA and BBA from the University of Miami.

Michael Donlon
Managing Principal, Market Strategy & Execution
Michael joined in October, 2019 and brings over twenty five years in the healthcare industry. He has responsibility for SirenMD’s market strategy and revenue execution. Michael has experience across a variety of healthcare organizations include go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, lead generation and contract negotiations.

Louis Hyman
Managing Principal, Technology Strategy
Louis Hyman has over 20+ years of experience in the healthcare technology market. Louis recently served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of SigmaCare, Ehealth Solutions, CTO of Ramp Corporation, and as Vice President at WebMD. Louis received a BS in Computer Science from St. John’s University.
